Fiona is a highly experienced physiotherapist (University of Queensland graduate) with a career spanning nearly 3 decades across Australia, the USA, and the UK. While in private practice in central London, looking after high performing busy Londoners, she regularly consulted in corporate health, recreational sport (run/swim/cycling/golf/tennis), media, elite sport (Football/Tennis) and the performing arts (Dance/Film/Theatre).  Fiona held senior roles in clinical education, business/management and completed published research in Dysfunctional Breathing.

Fiona was among the first group of physiotherapists to complete the full Pilates Instructor Training Program here in Brisbane, and over the past 25 years has developed extensive expertise in movement retraining and contemporary physical conditioning applied across many different movement pursuits. She loves sport and the Arts, and has a passion for helping people stay active and achieve their goals.

Now happily settled back in Brisbane, Fiona continues to practice with a deep commitment to helping people at all levels and ages move, feel, and perform at their best. She takes a creative and integrated approach, combining hands-on therapy with targeted conditioning, movement education and breath work. Whether preventing or supporting recovery from injury, managing long-term conditions, and enhancing performance, Fiona delivers personalised, research-informed care with warmth and dedication.
